By accessing and using FastCustom services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

FastCustom provides custom printing services including but not limited to:

• Custom apparel printing (t-shirts, hoodies, caps)
• Promotional products (mugs, pens, water bottles)
• Tech accessories (phone cases, laptop sleeves)
• Home decor items (wall art, plaques)
• Design consultation and mockup services

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process: All orders must be approved before production begins. You will receive a quote and mockup for approval.

3.2 Payment: Payment is required before production starts. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website.

3.3 Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change. The price quoted at the time of order approval is the price you pay.

3.4 Production Time: Our 48-hour production guarantee begins after order approval and payment confirmation.

4. Design Rights and Content

4.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to designs and content you provide. You grant FastCustom a license to use your content solely for producing your order.

4.2 Legal Compliance: You represent that you have the right to use all content you provide and that it doesn't infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

4.3 Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse orders containing illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission.

5. Quality and Satisfaction

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Provide photos of any quality issues
• We'll offer a reprint or refund as appropriate

Note: Color variations due to monitor differences or minor placement variations (within 1/4 inch) are not considered defects.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. FastCustom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Limitation of Liability

FastCustom's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
